50 Random Facts About Me Tag

I don't know who created this and I don't know if it's been in the blog world yet, but I thought it looked fun, so why not give it a go? I saw this tag done by Sara over on Freadom on YouTube. You should check out her channel. She just started a little bit ago, but I think that she is going to do great! Let's begin!

1. I am currently taking Latin as my foreign language. I have to take a foreign language in the program I am in and Spanish and French didn't really appeal to me, so I decided to take Latin. It hasn't been too hard so far, but I'm not counting on it being too easy forever.
2. I don't have bookshelves... sort of. I don't have a bookcase. I have two hanging shelves that currently hold 24 books and the rest of my books are in otherwise empty dresser drawers. 
3. I owe A LOT of money at the public library. The only reason that I do is I kept forgetting to return five books that I borrowed and the fees racked up pretty dang fast. So, I can't go there for awhile. I would rather buy books anyway. 
4. My bedroom looks like a child's. I have a pink Eiffel Tower, ten pillows, a colorful blanket and a lot of pink. The only way you can tell it's not the bedroom of a little girl is if you look in my closet and the bookshelves. I doubt any parent would let their eight year old read City of Bones. Even though my bedroom doesn't look like someone my age lives there with all of the stuffed animals, I love it because I would love to be a kid again. ALL OF THE ICE CREAM!
5. Speaking of ice cream, I'm actually not a big fan. If I eat too much, I get sick and I don't like that. Only in moderation.
6. I am allergic to berries. All of them. Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, even cranberries! Basically, any berry you name, I will be allergic to it.
7. I was deathly afraid escalators for a very long time. I blame it on Oprah. I only got over than fear when I went to Barnes and Noble with a couple of my friends and they teased me about it and the guy who worked there that we were talking to teased me about it, too. I SHOWED THEM!
8. My favorite show of all time is the Walking Dead. I know it's got it's issues, but I don't like to acknowledge those. If Daryl dies, we riot!
9. My top three movies are The Italian Job, Inception, and The Help. These are all very different, but I don't care!
10. I love anything Disney and have never been to a Disney park. My favorite Disney princess movies are Mulan, Beauty and the Beast, and Tangled! But I love the music from Frozen.
11. I am the youngest of three children. We are all six and a half years apart and my sister, the oldest is adopted. She also has four children...
12. The farthest I have ever been from home was Florida. I went to Panama City and went camping across the street from the beach when I was seven, I think. It was an... interesting experience. 
13. My favorite animal is a dolphin followed closely by a raccoon.
14. My favorite sports team is the Los Angeles Lakers. 
15. California is the only place except for New York City that I want to visit in the United States.
16. Internationally, I want to visit the United Kingdom, Italy, and Greece the most.
17. I have only gotten one F my entire life. It was in the 3rd grade.
18. I used to work in a library and loved it!
19. If I could meet one celebrity, it would be someone from the Walking Dead cast. I don't care who. Anyone of them.
20. It is my dream to go to ComiCon and VidCon. 
21. I love Jimmy Fallon! He is so awesome. I told my mom that I want to go see him for my next birthday (Not my upcoming birthday: October 5th!)
22. I have a pet turtle! His name is Kobe Botticelli. Kobe after a Lakers player and Botticelli after the Renaissance artist so that Kobe is a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. He's almost 13, so I'm counting on it!
23. My favorite BookTubers are PolandbananasBOOK, Katytastic, Jessethereader, CassJayTuck, PeruseProject, Ariel, Bissett, Little Book Owl, and Kassidy Voinche. I know that's alot.
24. My favorite YouTubers are Toby Turner, The Fine Bros, the Vlogbrothers, Nerdy and Quirky, Brizzy Voices and Nigahiga.
25. My favorite season is Spring! Autumn is a close second. 
26. I am a Pinterest addict!
27. I would like to play more video games.
28. The book that really got me into the genre of YA was the Selection by Kiara Cass.
29. I didn't wear shorts until eighth grade.
30. I am one quarter German, one quarter French, one quarter English, and one quarter South African. I know that's an interesting mix. My dad's side of the family is French and South African and my mom's German and English.
31. I LOVE to write. I've never finished anything but a few short stories, but I really want to!
32. I hate the summer. It's just too hot and my mom insists on having all of the windows open and the air conditioning off. It gets really hot in Virginia. 
33. I never went to a school where every classroom had windows until high school. 
34. I don't play any instruments, but I love to sing.
35. My favorite food in the history of ever is Panera Marconi and Cheese! I cannot get enough!
36. I can't decide whether I like the mountains (all the bugs, gross) or the beach (all the sand, annoying) better.
37. My favorite kind of tissues is Kleenex Cool Touch Tissues (How's that for random???)
38. I either want to be a Behavior Analyst or an English Teacher.
39. I am incredibly shy. You might not get that from reading what I have to say, but I would not say three quarters of this stuff in real life.
40. I have homework that I'm avoiding right now.
41. I barely wear any make up. Only concealer, foundation, and some blush so that I don't look deathly pale.
42. I am incredibly pale. I can't tan either. I will get tan within ten minutes of being outside and after that, I start to burn.
43. You are normally supposed to have dreams and memories in first person, but all of mine are in third person. Yes, my memories are in third person and it's weird. (Kind of enforces why I would want to be a Behavior Analyst).
44. I wrote an epilogue for the Outsiders by S.E. Hinton for a school project and got a perfect score. My teacher said that it was the best that she had ever read that was written by a student. 
45. I actually don't own a lot of books, only about 150. I used to read most of my books from the library when I worked there because it was easy to return them when I was there everyday. Now I try to buy all of my books since I started the whole blog thing.
46. I was thinking about starting a blog for a long time, and I was actually going to start a BookTube channel, I even filmed some videos which I later deleted because they were terrible, so I started this!
47. Mustaches are the coolest thing right now as far as I'm concerned. I even decorated my planner with mustache stickers that I got at Target!
48. The internet at my house is REALLY slow, so it actually takes really long for these things to post.
49. I have one of those lamps with the multiple different lamp "heads" and one of the plastic lampshades have a hole because when my brother put it together for me, he put it together wrong and a light bulb melted the plastic shade. ALWAYS PUT YOUR LAMPS TOGETHER THE RIGHT WAY!
50. I don't like coffee. I only like coffee in a Cookie Crumble Frappicino from Starbucks. My favorite thing from Starbucks is a Cream Caramel Ribbon Crunch. It's soooo good. Tastes like ice cream!
